Respect Our Neighbours

We ask that all guests respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours. Many of them are permanent residents who prefer a quiet environment. Loud noise and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and could result in eviction and loss of bond.
If you're looking for a place to party, this is not the property for you. However, if you're here to spend quality time with family and friends in a peaceful, social setting, we are the perfect place for that.

Safety on the Murray River

The Murray River can be dangerous, and we strongly recommend all guests use life jackets if entering the water. Please note that the riverfront is NOT fenced, and children must be supervised at all times.

Boating & Equipment

Guests are welcome to moor their boats at the private jetty.
Please note: We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to guests' items, including boats, jet skis, or other equipment.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the private jetty.

No Responsibility for Injuries

The property and river area are used at your own risk. We take no responsibility for injuries or accidents that occur while using the river, equipment, or any facilities on the property.
